Refresh KB Shortcuts

Many of the VBA modules have keyboard shortcuts for convenience; these are set up when Excel first starts up. Sometimes they get mangled or overwritten for some reason in a given Excel session. Running this VBA routine should re-establish them.

At some point keyboard shortcuts will be able to be set by the user.
