BootObs
Description
BootObs decides how a sample’s shape is interpreted for resampling. A row or column vector is flattened to a single column (blanks dropped); a matrix with more than one row and more than one column is returned unchanged, with its rows taken as the observations and its columns as variables. Every function that resamples calls it, so that decision is made in one place.
